IPTN

Welcome to Irish Poetry Therapy Network - IPTN, a non-profit organisation that provides an environment where participants explore at first hand, through the use of poetry therapy and bibliotherapy, the healing power of poetry as a means of identifying and dealing with various life issues.

Find out more about us and how to join our network by checking out our site.

Confidentiality Agreement: IPTN Sessions are held in a confidential space. Participants, discussions and poems are only published with agreement. These sessions use poetry as therapy and are not psychotherapy sessions.

Wellness Thro the Seasons - Winter. Bringing the light of poetry to the Darkness

The Irish Poetry Therapy Network is delighted to invite you to our fourth workshop in the Wellness Through The Seasons series for 2022.

"Winter. Bringing the light of poetry to the darkness" facilitated by David Madden IPTN, PTP will take place on

Saturday 26th November from from 2 - 4 pm (GMT) or 9-11 am (EST) on Zoom

"Winter. Bringing the light of poetry to the darkness'  is a workshop of two halves. We’ll look at the darkness, how it can force us to 'slow down and reflect' on the past. Then we'll look at winter through the lens of winter asking us to make 'use of the light we have' and how we can bring that into our lives, to sustain us through the winter months.

The workshop is now open for booking to Members of IPTN. If you would like to attend,  please respond to shelleyztracey@gmail.com  and I will send you a PayPal request for €15.00. Places are limited, so early booking is advised.

We will open booking up to the broader group next week, so please do get in touch before then if you wish to attend.
