IPTN

Welcome to Irish Poetry Therapy Network - IPTN, a non-profit organisation that provides an environment where participants explore at first hand, through the use of poetry therapy and bibliotherapy, the healing power of poetry as a means of identifying and dealing with various life issues.

Find out more about us and how to join our network by checking out our site.

Confidentiality Agreement: IPTN Sessions are held in a confidential space. Participants, discussions and poems are only published with agreement. These sessions use poetry as therapy and are not psychotherapy sessions.

New 'Poem of the Month'

UPDATE: We regret this offer is no longer available. We plan to reintroduce it at a later stage.

Hello, and Happy New Year to you. For this new year of 2023, we are delighted to offer you a new 'Poem of the Month', with a prompt, every month.

Every month for 2023 we will offer you a poem for your interest and enjoyment, and a prompt that you might like to use to write and reflect on the poem or whatever comes up for you.

It's part of our offering to lovers of poetry therapy who have enjoyed our workshops, peer groups, poetry club, e-zine, and conferences every year. It's a little way for us to give back to you for your support of IPTN.

We’ll drop a poem and a prompt into your inbox on the last Saturday of the month every month in 2023, starting in January. We hope you enjoy it.
Keep an eye out for the email and check your 'spam' folder just in case!
